FWS has laid down its own strict guidelines:

• Socially responsibility at the global level working with worldwide partners
• Resource conservation in textile recycling
• Proper, professional recycling in conformance with the law
• Engage in partnerships to support aid organisation and groups representing the socially disadvantaged
• Transparent, verifiable textile traceability
