Charitable collections in danger

The recent modification of the KrWG is making FWS, the federal association of public welfare and the bvse e.V. doubt the accuracy of the very decision. The new law restricts charity organisations’ work, undermines to a certain extent their long successful cooperation with private enterprises in regard of textile recycling.This also leads to various regresses in the realization of social projocts since an utterly important source of income will soon be vanished. Also, it equalizes industrial collections with charitable collections.

Rainer Binger, FWS GmbH business manager, asks thus for a return to a privileged treatment of charitable collections in order to continue the successful work.
